William Hugh Mackay Sinclair is the founder and Principal Solicitor of Mackay Sinclair W.S., having built the firm from the ground up through a commitment to exceptional client service and trusted legal expertise. With over 30 years of legal experience, he has established a reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice across a broad range of legal matters.
William's primary area of practice is Commercial Conveyancing, where he advises businesses, investors, tenants and landlords on a wide variety of commercial property transactions. In addition to his commercial property expertise, he has extensive experience in Residential Conveyancing, Private Client work, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries, and Estate Planning.

Sana Pervaiz
Sana manages a broad range of legal matters, including Residential Conveyancing, Wills and Executries. She works closely with clients from instruction through to completion, providing clear communication, practical guidance and a personal approach to ensure every matter progresses smoothly and efficiently.
Sana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, and is looking forward to commencing her traineeship in the future as she continues her career towards qualification as a Scottish solicitor.

Abbi is a valued member of the Mackay Sinclair W.S. team, providing essential support across the firm's legal services. She assists with the day-to-day management of files, liaises with clients and third parties, and helps ensure matters are progressed efficiently, contributing to the high standard of service our clients expect.
Abbi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and is working towards qualifying as a Paralegal, continuing to develop her knowledge and experience within the legal profession.
